Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a preschool classroom.
• Meets state Preschool Lead Teacher requirements.
• At least 1 year of experience managing programs or leading others.
• At least 1 year of experience working within a school age program.

Skills

• Passion for kids and early childhood education.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience in classroom management and curriculum development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources.

Pay

• Yearly Salary Range: $40,000 - $43,000.
