We’re looking for a dynamic Preschool Program Manager to create a thriving, joyful learning environment. Responsibilities
- Champion a positive, nurturing environment that sparks growth and excitement for every child.
- Spend time in classrooms, assessing and coaching teachers to elevate their skills and impact.
- Collaborate with educators to craft developmentally appropriate curricula that kids adore.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of teachers through trainings, onboarding, and budgeting for classroom supplies.
- Act as the vital link between staff and management, sharing ideas, suggestions, and concerns to drive success.
- Document and share heartwarming milestones with parents, keeping them connected to their child’s journey.

- Ensure curricula are engaging, age-appropriate, and bursting with creativity.
- Lead by example, modeling behaviors that inspire your team to excel.
- Manage classroom budgets and resources to keep programs thriving.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a preschool classroom.
- Meets state Preschool Lead Teacher requirements.
- At least 1 year of experience managing programs or leading others.
- At least 1 year of experience working within a school-age program.

Pay
Yearly salary range: $40,000 - $43,000.
