School Age Care Full Time Assistant, Adventure Club - Afton-Lakeland Elementary

About the role

To assist in providing quality school age child care programming for children, creating a safe and inclusive environment fostering social and emotional growth through learning, play, and relationships. We are a before/after school and summer child care program, and provide year round work opportunities to our staff. Location: Afton-Lakeland Elementary.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or its GED equivalent.
• Must possess or obtain a current first aid and CPR certification (will need to submit documentation within 120 days of beginning date of employment). Opportunities for certification are provided.

• Background/training in human relations
• Background/training in communications
• Background/training in recreational programming

Pay

Hourly rate $19.06 - $20.30

Schedule

Work Schedule: 6.5 hours per day, 5 days per week. School year hours are a split shift: 6:00-8:00 AM & 1:30-6:00 PM. Summer hours are a straight shift (exact shift times vary).
