About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Scholarship & Recruitment Officer to lead the day-to-day operations of the sport scholarship programme, provide performance lifestyle support to scholars and TASS athletes, and deliver recruitment across our broad range of sports. This is a full-time, permanent role; some evening and weekend work and international travel will be required.

You will join a dynamic, collaborative and supportive performance team within the University of Nottingham Sport department, committed to creating an inclusive and accessible sporting environment where all students, regardless of background, identity, or ability, feel welcome and valued. Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the sport scholarship programme.
  • Provide performance lifestyle support to scholars and TASS athletes.
  • Deliver recruitment across a broad range of sports.

Requirements

  • Experience and a proven track record of successful scholarship programme and performance lifestyle delivery.
  • Motivation to recruit and support elite athletes, achieve high targets, and work in a performance setting.
  • A collaborative and solution-focused mindset, with the ability to engage effectively with students and colleagues.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the higher education sporting environment, including the BUCS and other university competition structures.

Pay

£29,740 to £36,446 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
