12-month position at North Middle School.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update master schedule.
- Ensure master schedule and other computer applications consistently match exactly.
- Maintain student schedules.
- Adjust student schedules based on student, staff, and parental needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Highly proficient in Excel.
- Good computer operating skills with Word and Outlook; experience with other computer applications preferred.
- High attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent organizational skills and filing techniques.
- Ability to communicate with parents, staff, and students both verbally and in writing, in person and over the phone/email.
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience with PowerSchool preferred.
- Middle School scheduling experience preferred.
Pay
$17.23 per hour (2025-2026 salary schedule).
