Qualifications
- Must be highly proficient in Excel and have good computer operating skills specifically with Word and Outlook and experience with other computer applications preferred
- High attention to detail and follow through a necessity
- Excel, Word and Outlook experience required and Other Computer Applications Preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and filing techniques
- Ability to communicate with parents, staff and students both verbally and in writing, in person and over the phone/email
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
Duties
- Develop, maintain and update master schedule
- Ensure master schedule and other computer applications consistently match exactly
- Maintain student schedules
- Adjust student schedules based on student, staff and parental needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
