All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by federal, state, or local law. We need to remove EEO boilerplate etc. Also remove "Our Commitment" maybe considered boilerplate? It's about mission and values, but not required. Likely we can drop it as it's generic. Also remove "Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30 pm Fully remote position. Scheduling for Southeast Michigan MRI." This is metadata; we can fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Probably we can include a short paragraph about employment type, shift, schedule, location. But we must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30 pm Fully remote position. So we can include a Schedule section with that content. Also Pay: "Competitive compensation" is mentioned but not specific; we should not create Pay section if only vague like "competitive compensation" (that's placeholder). The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state schedule (specific times). It does state benefits (list). It does mention compensation but vague; maybe we can still include Pay if they say "Competitive compensation" but that's vague; maybe better to omit Pay section because it's not specific. Benefits: they list specific benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Life Insurance, Short and Long-term Disability, Retirement savings plan with employer match and contributions, Tuition Reimbursement, DAILYPAYBenefits effective Day One! No waiting periods. So we can include Benefits section. Now sections: About the role (posting summary), Responsibilities (What You Will Do, Data Management & Analysis, Specialist I/II tasks), Requirements (Minimum Qualifications, Additional Qualifications), Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements? But we can combine? The instruction: use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to include based on content. We have: - About the role: Posting Summary paragraph: "Uses specialized knowledge to support key areas of the organization related to an area of expertise. Uses data, research analysis, critical thinking & problem-solving skills to support colleagues & leadership in achieving organization’s strategic objectives. Serves as a peer influencer & may direct a project or project team by applying industry experience & specialized knowledge." - Responsibilities: "What You Will Do" list, plus Data Management & Analysis, Specialist I/II tasks. Could be multiple bullet points. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (HS diploma, 2-5 years experience, certification required within 1 year, proficiency in systems). Also Additional Qualifications (nice to have) maybe under Qualifications? But we can treat Requirements as mandatory, Qualifications as preferred/nice-to-have. - Skills: maybe we can extract skills like data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, scheduling systems, insurance verification, etc. But we might not need a separate Skills section if content overlaps. - Benefits: as above. - Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30 pm Fully remote position. Also mention Scheduling for Southeast Michigan MRI (maybe location). Could include that. - Pay: we might omit because only "Competitive compensation" vague. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for Benefits and Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We must not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate like EEO etc. We must preserve all substantive information. Now produce HTML fragment: use
for each section heading, then content: either
for prose, or
- for lists.
We need to decide what goes into lists.
Let's extract bullet points.
About the role: prose paragraph.
Responsibilities: we have several bullet-like sentences:
From "What You Will Do":
- Researches, collects & analyzes information.
- Identifies opportunities, develops solutions, & leads through resolution.
- Collaborates on performance improvement activities as indicated by outcomes in program efficiency & patient experience.
- Responsible for distribution of analytical reports.
- Utilizes multiple system applications to perform analysis, create reports & develop educational materials.
- Incorporates basic knowledge of Trinity Health policies, practices & processes to ensure quality, confidentiality & safety are prioritized.
- Demonstrates knowledge of departmental processes & procedures & ability to readily acquire new knowledge.
From "Data Management & Analysis:" (maybe part of responsibilities):
- Research & compiles information to support ad-hoc operational projects & initiatives.
- Synthesizes & analyzes data & provides detailed summaries including graphical data presentations illustrating trends & recommending practical options or solutions while considering the impact on business strategy & supporting leadership decision making.
- Leverages program & operational data & measurements to define & demonstrate progress, ROI & impacts.
- Maintains a Working Knowledge of applicable federal, state & local laws / regulations, Trinity Health Integrity & Compliance Program & Code of Conduct, as well as other policies, procedures & guidelines in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical & professional behavior & safe work practices.
From "Specialist I":
- Responsible for pre-registration, scheduling, electronically verifying insurance eligibility & accurately identifying & collecting patient financial responsibility.
- Handles complex scheduled events, including high dollar testing, associated studies & those with study specific instructions & communicates effectively to service delivery areas to maximize patient flow & customer service.
- Begins the overall patient experience & initiate the billing process for any services provided by the hospital.
From "Specialist II Trinity Health Specialist (I-II) Scheduling, Patient Access": Actually that's a heading; then description: "Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of multiple scheduling systems & have demonstrated proficiency in complex diagnostic testing appointment scheduling processes with a minimum of five plus (5) years of scheduling experience in an acute care setting." That seems more like a requirement than responsibility. But it's under Specialist II heading; maybe it's part of qualifications. We'll treat as requirement.
Thus responsibilities list can combine the first three groups (What You Will Do, Data Management & Analysis, Specialist I). We'll keep as
- . Requirements: Minimum Qualifications bullet list: - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Two (2) to Five (5
