Scheduling Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor court dockets statewide, tracking hearings, deadlines, and trial settings
  • Schedule and confirm attorney appearances for all hearings and depositions, ensuring accuracy and full coverage
  • Coordinate with third-party legal vendors essential to litigation and legal operations
  • Confirm hearings and depositions are proceeding as scheduled and accurately document continuances
  • Track cases approaching trial and maintain accurate scheduling records
  • Work directly with the firm's partner and senior counsel attorneys daily
  • Provide high-volume legal administrative and scheduling support within a fast-paced litigation environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment
