Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor court dockets statewide, tracking hearings, deadlines, and trial settings
- Schedule and confirm attorney appearances for all hearings and depositions, ensuring accuracy and full coverage
- Coordinate with third-party legal vendors essential to litigation and legal operations
- Confirm hearings and depositions are proceeding as scheduled and accurately document continuances
- Track cases approaching trial and maintain accurate scheduling records
- Work directly with the firm's partner and senior counsel attorneys daily
- Provide high-volume legal administrative and scheduling support within a fast-paced litigation environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment
