Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Preferred: 2 years healthcare or clinical experience
  • Medical terminology or broad experience base in medical terminology
  • Skills, knowledge, and abilities in telephone etiquette, customer service, and computer skills (including keyboard)
  • Knowledge of business machines required
