Scheduling Coordinator
Scheduling Coordinator will handle all aspects of scheduling to include, OR time with proper procedure listed. Scheduling Coordinators are responsible for working rotating day, evening, and weekend hours.
- Maintain employee calendars and schedule call sign ups as needed.
- Answer all scheduling calls from staff and offices.
About the Role
Education: High School diploma or equivalent education with knowledge of standard office equipment required.
Experience: Computer and word processing knowledge and experience required. Two years of surgical care experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Above average organizational skills with attention to detail work required.
- Strong skills in reading, writing, spelling, grammar, punctuation and mathematical calculations required.
- Ability to work in a stressful environment required.
- Comeptent to successfully interact with physicians, offices and staff according to their special needs which may apply based on the age of the patient served.
