Scheduling Coordinator
About the role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to support the sales and production teams at our Tuff Shed Factory Store. Key responsibilities include customer experience, scheduling, managing warranties, assisting with order enhancements, coordinating appointments, and preparing store checks.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers upon order receipt and initiate scheduling process
- Resolve customer complaints and manage warranty issues
- Provide assistance to customers, suggesting enhancements to their orders
- Collaborate with customers to ensure understanding of completed forms
- Coordinate appointments with customers
- Work directly with customers, store management, and certified installers to schedule installations
- Maintain a working knowledge of sub-contractor skill sets and capacity
- Document preparation and reporting, including preparing store checks and processing payments
- Prepare installer dispatches for sub-contractors, verifying orders, assigning product serial numbers, creating purchase orders, and assigning rates
- Reconcile Home Depot purchase orders with Tuff Shed sales orders to ensure accuracy
- Monitor Home Depot purchase orders and reconcile, update, and close to ensure accurate payment
- Maintain a database and act as a liaison with Home Depot
- Communicate with Home Depot sales team members and customers regarding order statuses
Requirements
Successful prior experience working in logistics, coordination, project management, or a similar capacity is preferred. Hands-on computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet applications are required, with experience in CRM software such as JDEdwards, Salesforce, or similar systems highly preferred.

- Preparing written correspondence and reports that create a professional image for Tuff Shed
- Effectively communicating at all levels, including customers, business partners, suppliers, co-workers, managers, and the general public
