Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Scheduling Coordinator. This role focuses on coordinating appointments, managing calendars, organizing schedules, communicating with internal teams and clients, and ensuring daily scheduling operations run efficiently. The Scheduling Coordinator will work closely with managers, employees, clients, and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate schedules, coordinate meetings, update calendars, and support day-to-day business operations in a fully remote environment. Compensation

The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, communication skills, organizational abilities, and client hiring needs. Additional compensation and benefits details will be shared during the hiring process.

What you’ll do

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and virtual conferences
  • Manage calendars and coordinate availability across teams
  • Communicate scheduling updates to employees and clients
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
  • Monitor daily schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Aid with onboarding and training schedules
  • Update databases and internal systems with scheduling information
  • Prepare reports and administrative documentation
  • Respond to scheduling inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure operational efficiency
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
  • Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as assigned

What we’re looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, scheduling, office support, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-focused mindset

Nice to have

  • Internship or entry-level administrative experience
  • Experience with scheduling or calendar management software
  • Familiarity with CRM or workflow management systems
  • Knowledge of virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom
  • Interest in business operations and administrative coordination
