About the Role
As a Scheduling Coordinator with Billingsley Travel Agency, your work will center on helping the organization keep administrative and operational work moving through accurate records, scheduling, coordination, and dependable follow-up. This position supports the day-to-day customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows associated with Billingsley Travel Agency.
Responsibilities
- Organize schedules, requests, records, documents, and recurring operational tasks.
- Update trackers and shared systems so current status and ownership are clear.
- Follow up on missing information, overdue items, or routine exceptions.
- Keep track of open work by preparing concise handoffs, summaries, and documentation for the people who need them.

Requirements
- Strong organization and follow-through.
- Clear written communication.
- Comfort with email, spreadsheets, shared documents, and online business systems.
- Attention to deadlines, records, and handoffs.
- Comfort applying these habits to scheduling-specific responsibilities rather than treating the work as generic administrative support.
Training on company-specific processes or systems may be provided where appropriate.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base compensation: $38,000–$52,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
