Responsibilities
- Manage front-office communications and scheduling, including multi-line phone coverage, accurate message routing, consultation intake, and appointment coordination.
- Coordinate and track patient care activities, including on-site and off-site clinic schedules, emergency procedures, inpatient hospitalizations, and specialty referrals.
- Maintain accurate records and systems, entering and updating data in ERMA-CM and PTRAX, managing filing systems, and ensuring timely processing of requests and documentation.
- Monitor compliance and reporting requirements, including queue management, care management audits, event reconciliation, and creation of required tracking logs and lists.
- Provide administrative and clerical support, such as preparing weekly packets and trip sheets, posting orders per contract, and performing additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) or more years of clinic experience preferred.
