Are you an experienced scheduler ready to take your skills to the next level? As a Scheduling Assistant at 360 Behavioral Health, you’ll play a key role in maximizing client service delivery while supporting our administrative and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain service utilization above 90% and track permanent schedules for assigned clients
  • Monitor client service hours, staff availability, and address cancellations promptly
  • Cook up make-up sessions, reschedules, and additional service time as needed
  • Maintain staffing logs and support recruiting efforts, including interviews and onboarding
  • Track new hire training and coordinate Day 1 schedules
  • Triage staff and client concerns and provide timely resolution
  • Ensure compliance with policies, HIPAA, and scheduling regulations
  • Support administrative and scheduling department operations, including audits and reporting

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience
  • Minimum 6 months scheduling experience
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Customer-service oriented with excellent phone and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a high-paced, performance-based environment

Qualifications
