Scheduler/ Staffing Coordinator
Meadowview of Johnston, a Cassia community in Johnston, IA, is hiring a Scheduler/Staffing Coordinator to join a supportive, mission-driven team that takes pride in making a difference every day for residents and families.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedule and staffing levels for the nursing department
- Interview candidates for open CNA and HHA positions
- Track continuing educational programs for staff
- Track attendance and complete disciplinary action forms
- Perform additional tasks as needed
Requirements
- 1-2 years prior staffing/scheduling experience highly preferred
- Flexibility in scheduling including on-call hours
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Excellent customer service skills

Schedule
Full-time, benefits-eligible position working a varying schedule including rotating weekends. Shift available: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
