About the role
The Nursing Schedule Coordinator is a key team member responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels meet at all times.
Responsibilities
- Create staffing schedules that ensure the provision of quality nursing care.
- Coordinate with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to advise and communicate staffing schedules and needs while ensuring compliance with budgetary, State, and Federal guidelines.
- Work towards a common goal of excellent care for residents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quick, equitable, and courteous scheduling patterns and resolutions.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a state-approved training program in medication administration.
- Indiana QMA license.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
