Scheduler IV (Primavera P6) - Delay Analysis & Claims, LA Community Colleges

MAAS Companies, Inc. · Los Angeles, CA · 1 wk ago
On-siteOTHR$166k–$182k/yrFull-time
The Work LACCD is rebuilding its nine college campuses with bond money, and it needs two senior schedulers: one at Los Angeles Pierce College in Woodland Hills and one at Los Angeles Harbor College in Wilmington. You tell us which college you want. On that campus you are the person who can say what a delay actually costs and who is responsible for it. You build and coordinate the project schedules. You review what the contractor submits and check it against the contract. You look at every change order and amendment and work out what it does to the budget and the schedule. When a job slips, you run the time impact analysis, you write up what happened, and you sit in the negotiation with the numbers behind you. You also do the cost side: analysis across design and construction, actual spending against budget, and cost loaded schedules that show the District when money will go out the door. You work inside the District's BuildLACCD rules for contracts, policies, and procedures. That track record means the work here is stable, funded, and consequential. You are not chasing the next contract. As a MAAS employee, you are also an owner. The company is 100% employee-owned through an ESOP, a retirement benefit provided at no cost to you, on top of your salary. MAAS is a profitable, well-run organization and our share price has more than doubled since the plan's inception, with continued growth year over year. Your ownership stake builds the longer you stay, and ESOP participants nationally tend to accumulate 2.5x more in retirement savings than employees at non-ESOP companies. In an industry not known for prioritizing culture, 96% of MAAS employees say it is a great place to work, and 100% say people genuinely care about each other.
