Scheduler I

Fincantieri Bay Shipbuilding, a Fincantieri Marine Group Company, is seeking a Scheduler 1 for our Sturgeon Bay, WI location. Fincantieri Marine Group (FMG) is a subsidiary of Fincantieri S.p.A., dedicated to building, repairing, and sustaining maritime vessels that supply, service, and defend our nation and the world.

About the Role

The Scheduler I is responsible for the development and maintenance of project schedules and associated resource plans. This role involves posting and reporting schedules, incorporating and maintaining baseline and performance metrics, and adhering to scheduling processes, WBS standards, and SOPs. Frequent communication with Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Program Management, and Senior Management departments is required. Domestic travel may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Print schedules and progress reports for distribution to area supervisors/managers.
• Update schedules with input from Production and Support Departments.
• Maintain baseline and performance metrics within project schedule files.
• Frequently communicate cross-functionally with internal departments and leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
