About the role

Work under the supervision of Senior Schedulers and Project Schedulers to provide construction schedule review comments for contractor-generated Baseline Schedules and Monthly Schedule updates based on client review templates.

• Assist the scheduling team in creating and populating various schedule-related reports in Excel and P6 software.
• Create Earned Value Curves based on client EVA template guidelines.
• Perform QA/QC on contractors' schedule submittals for conformance with contract scope and requirements.
• Analyze schedules for proper use of program-level standard codes, layouts, and reports necessary to ensure data integrity.
• Perform QA/QC on P6 program schedules and validate logic ties to ensure conformance with scheduling guidelines for various project types.
• Update the master program schedule with as-built start and finish dates while coordinating input from various Facilities teams on projected/forecast sequential start/finish dates.

Requirements

• Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• One (1) year of full-time paid professional experience in Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably on multiple educational facilities or public works projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version (P6 v19) and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff.
• Superior organizational and planning skills.

Pay

This role is salaried/exempt with a base annual salary range of $90,000.00 - $114,000.00, commensurate with skill, education, experience, and work location. This role is bonus eligible after 6 months of employment.

Schedule

Full-time regular employment, 40 hours per week / 100% FTE. In-office, 5 days a week.
