About the role
AccuCare Home Health Care of St. Louis is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly organized Scheduler to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Cook up schedules for caregivers, CNAs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Respond to call-offs, schedule changes, and urgent staffing needs.
- Serve as a primary contact for clients and families regarding scheduling needs.
- Collaborate with clinical and office teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in a rotating paid on-call schedule.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum two (2) years of healthcare scheduling experience is required.
- Home care scheduling experience is preferred.
- Strong computer, communication, and multitasking skills are essential.
