Join our Home Health team as a Scheduler, supporting patient onboarding, scheduling, and insurance processes in a fast-paced environment. Help ensure patients receive timely care while being valued as part of our team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule nurses, therapists, and Home Health Aides for assignments, ensuring all visits are covered promptly.
• Coordinate with third-party therapy companies.
• Assist with patient intake and insurance verification as needed.
• Handle administrative and clerical tasks as directed.
• Ensure 24/7 access to appropriately qualified support.

Requirements

• Experience working as a scheduler at a Home Health Agency.
• Proficiency in computer programs and business software.
• Ability to speak Spanish.
