Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedules for home health care providers
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure accurate and timely appointments
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Handle inquiries from patients, families, and providers regarding scheduling issues
• Enter and maintain accurate patient and provider information in the scheduling system

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with scheduling in the medical field; homecare scheduling experience preferred

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year data entry, word processing and/or medical records maintenance experience in a medical customer service environment generally required
• Home Health Scheduling experience preferred

Pay

$20-$24 per hour, based on years of experience

Monday - Friday, 8a-5p
