What You Will Do
- Manage the overall staffing needs of the Nursing Department in accordance with company policies and governmental regulations.
- Staffing includes scheduling paid time off (PTO), call-ins, reduction in staff when census is low, etc., requiring strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task due to fluctuating resident census.
- Responsibility of being on call, determined by the Director of Nurses and Administrator.
What You Need
- A high school diploma or GED, or equivalent related work experience.
- Current/active CPR certification, preferred.

Salary Range
Up to USD $18.00/Hr.
