We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes description: "West Star is the fastest growing..." That's about company. Could be "About the role" or "About the company". The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting and decide sections. Content: - Intro: "West Star is the fastest growing maintenance repair organization in the industry and we recognize this is the result of our talented team of trusted employees working together to deliver customer service excellence. We are committed to providing our employees with personal and professional growth opportunities while fostering a culture of respect and well-being with a small company feel. When you join our team we don’t think you should have to wait for your benefits to kick in. That’s why when you start, they start with you! This includes medical, dental, 401K match, time off accruals, weekly pay days and much more. We don’t want you to live to work, we want you to work and live." That's about benefits and culture. Could be "About the role"? Actually it's about company and benefits. Could be "About the role" or "About the company". The instructions list possible headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose appropriate. Then: "What you can expect as a Scheduler/Capacity Planner at West Star: The Scheduler/Capacity Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining the master schedule for aircraft projects. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure optimal utilization of resources and alignment with customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with a deep understanding of Corporate Aviation operations." That's a mix of responsibilities and ideal candidate. Then bullet list of duties: "You Will Be ESSENTIAL To Many FUNCTIONS Including" then list items each starting with a verb. Then "Your Education What you’ll need to bring with you: Technical Certification or Bachelors degree in Business or related curriculum; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential job functions." Then "Your Experience Two (2) years of experience in Corporate Aviation Scheduling. Demand/Capacity Planning Experience Is Preferred. We need to remove boilerplate: "Apply © 2025 West Star Aviation. All rights reserved. Privacy Policy | This Organization Participates In E-Verify | Employment Notices And Disclaimers Connect with us." Also remove duplicated lines. We need to keep substantive info. We need to decide sections: Perhaps "About the role" (intro about role and company), "Responsibilities" (list of duties), "Requirements" (education + experience + skills), "Benefits" (benefits info), "Pay" (salary range). Avoid Schedule unless present (not specific schedule given). The posting mentions flexible work schedules include 5x8, 4x10 and 3x12 under benefits. That's schedule info but it's part of benefits. Could still include Schedule section? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state benefits and pay. So we can include Benefits and Pay sections. Schedule not explicitly stated as a separate section; flexible work schedules mentioned under benefits, but we could still include Schedule if we want but better to keep under Benefits. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present. We need to use

    for headings. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:
