POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Ability to perform all duties of Assistant Scheduler
- Use Company-approved computer scheduling system
- Develop pre-construction proposal/bid schedules
- Aid Project Manager and Superintendent in development of master project schedules, subcontractor schedules, and in updating schedules
- Perform schedule analysis for change orders and claims
- Aid in claims preparation and analysis
- Develop scheduling department procedures
- Train field personnel in scheduling procedures
- Prepare “as built” schedules
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Skills Or Experience Requirements
- Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years project engineering or related experience, including 1 year scheduling experience
- Knowledge of construction methods and processes
- Construction-related scheduling experience - Critical Path Method
- Familiarity with job cost information
- Computer skills
