About the role
At Okland, we believe that great buildings start with great planning. We're looking for a Construction Scheduler who thrives on structure, precision, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 and other tools.
- Collaborate with trade partners to integrate their timelines into the master schedule.
- Analyze project progress and provide weekly updates, forecasts, and risk assessments.
- Support project phasing, change order analysis, and forensic schedule reviews.
- Lead pull planning sessions and help teams align on milestones and deliverables.
- Provide training and mentorship to project teams on scheduling best practices.
- Travel to job sites as needed to support on-the-ground coordination and updates.
Requirements
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project management.
- Proficiency in CPM scheduling theory and tools like Primavera P6.
- A strong understanding of construction sequencing, logic, and production rates.
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and engineering documents.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and planning.

- Enjoy working with a team that values your insight and expertise.
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
