About the role

At Okland, we believe that great buildings start with great planning. We're looking for a Construction Scheduler who thrives on structure, precision, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 and other tools.
  • Collaborate with trade partners to integrate their timelines into the master schedule.
  • Analyze project progress and provide weekly updates, forecasts, and risk assessments.
  • Support project phasing, change order analysis, and forensic schedule reviews.
  • Lead pull planning sessions and help teams align on milestones and deliverables.
  • Provide training and mentorship to project teams on scheduling best practices.
  • Travel to job sites as needed to support on-the-ground coordination and updates.

Requirements

  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project management.
  • Proficiency in CPM scheduling theory and tools like Primavera P6.
  • A strong understanding of construction sequencing, logic, and production rates.
  • The ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and engineering documents.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and planning.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about turning complex construction plans into clear, actionable schedules.
  • Enjoy working with a team that values your insight and expertise.
  • Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
