Scheduler

About the role

Hawaii Senior Care is a licensed home care company based in downtown Honolulu. Our business is growing and we are looking for a quick learner who is good with people to join our team as a scheduler. Applicants must be flexible and willing and able to work nights (until 10:30 pm) and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with other office staff, clients, and caregivers.
• Become familiar with clients and caregivers so there is a good match during shifts.
• Be proficient in MS Office, and Google Docs, and be able to learn other software.
• Handle multiple tasks at a time, and know how to prioritize.

Requirements

• Good computer and phone skills.
• Flexible and willing and able to work nights (until 10:30 pm) and weekends.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude.
• Willing to learn.
• Desire to help our clients and caregivers.

Skills

• Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs.
• Ability to learn other software.
