Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and adjust daily, weekly, and monthly schedules based on operational needs.
- Cook up appointments, meetings, work assignments, and staff availability to maximize efficiency.
- Communicate scheduling updates to employees, clients, vendors, and management in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and update relevant systems or databases.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure proper staffing and resource utilization.
- Track scheduling metrics and identify opportunities to improve workflow and productivity.
- Confirm appointments and follow up on schedule changes when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Provide administrative support related to scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in scheduling, administrative support, dispatch, customer service, or operations coordination is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling or workforce management software.
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Experience with scheduling software or ERP systems.
- The ability to analyze staffing needs and optimize schedules.
