Responsibilities
- Advises and guides family medicine residents
- Supervises 2 to 4 residents per session (3 to 6 patients per half-day)
- Backs up call coverage only once every 2 to 3 months
- Participates in inpatient services or inpatient obstetrics (operative OB optional)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary up to $334,000 (dependent on experience)
- RVU production
- Qualifies for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
