What You'll Do
- Scheduling and matching caregivers with clients based on care needs, skills, and availability.
- Maintaining caregiver schedules and ensuring all client visits are fully staffed.
- Responding quickly to schedule changes, call-offs, and urgent staffing needs.
- Communicating schedule updates professionally with caregivers, clients, and families.
- Monitoring schedules for continuity of care and operational efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate scheduling documentation within company software.
- Auditing caregiver timecards and scheduled hours.
- Assisting with caregiver credential tracking as assigned.
- Helping identify staffing needs and communicating hiring priorities to leadership.
- Participating in the on-call rotation (approximately two weeks per month).
- Building positive relationships with caregivers and clients.
- Working collaboratively with leadership to resolve scheduling challenges and client concerns.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Excellent customer service skills
Physical Requirements
- Frequent sitting, computer use, and telephone communication.
- Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements.
