Schedule and Risk Manager, Management Analyst
Overview
Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a Management Analyst IV– Scheduler/Risk Manager to support the execution of a large size, multi-year contract to the Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A) Army Military Payroll (AMP).
Responsibilities
- Record and manage project tasks and resource requirements in an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Routinely update full-scale project plans, report on project status, and forecast whether project will be delivered on-time.
- Design and implement an overall risk management process for the program, including documentation and analysis of risk impacts and mitigation strategies.
- Prepare risk management reports and communicate risks to internal stakeholders, clients, and government stakeholders.
- Perform CDRL management and document configuration management support, including document and versioning control.
- Interface directly with client project managers and technical staff.
- Work with technical staff to interpret, organize, and draft supporting documents for client meetings and presentations.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to create reports and professional documents that communicate project status to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with team management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Use judgement to select the best communication medium to convey content; may include use of graphics, diagrams, charts, etc.
- Standardize content with a high level of attention to detail allowing for delivery of documentation with minimal error.
- Participate in client and milestone meetings to maintain ongoing awareness of project status.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 6 to 10 years of experience within the federal government, DoD, Army, or IC and/or private sector preferred.
- Must have scheduling experience using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software. Microsoft Office Suite experience required. Azure DevOps experience a plus.

Clearance Requirements
- This position requires a current Secret clearance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Work Location
The work location will be in Arlington, Virginia. This is a hybrid position working out of the Arlington, VA office. The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation:
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
- Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $115,000.00 to $155,000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
