About the role
As a Program and Project management specialist, you will support organizational programs in alignment with customer strategy. Your responsibilities include implementing and maintaining these programs, reviewing contracts and project cost accounting, and developing and presenting schedule visualizations.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of customer strategy
- Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting
- Use MS Project and other tools for tactical planning
- Interact with SMEs, schedulers, customers, project analysts, engineers, and senior leadership
- Communicate effectively to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining project schedules
- Experience building and presenting schedule visualizations
- Experience working on a cross-functional team
- Knowledge of the DoW Acquisition Process
- Ability to learn and utilize cutting-edge tool suites for analysis and schedule development
Qualifications
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree a plus
- PMP Certification
Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Kidasa Milestone Professional
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management
- Ability to brief up to 25 individuals at a time
- Ability to interact with Engineers, Program Managers, Logistics, and Senior Leadership

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).

This position may be offered as remote, hybrid, or onsite, depending on the needs of the role and the preferences of the employee.
