Analyst, Scheduling
About the role
This role involves managing a high visibility, high mix, high volume area. Key responsibilities include Material Availability Analysis, Tracking, and Reporting, releasing production orders in MRP system, coordinating the kitting process with multiple stores and consolidation areas, providing production floor support, and maintaining integrity of shop floor, MRP, and inventory systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high visibility, high mix, high volume area.
- Material Availability Analysis, Tracking, and Reporting.
- Releasing production orders in MRP system and confirming in shop floor system.
- Celebrates kitting process with multiple stores and consolidation areas.
- Provide production floor support including replacement part management, shop floor material staging, Work in Progress (WIP) movement through shared resource areas, completion of units in shop floor and MRP system, delivery to next step (inventory or shipment), and meeting MRP schedule.
- Maintain integrity of the shop floor, MRP, and inventory systems through key performance metrics.
Requirements
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
- Experience to include planning, scheduling, production control, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or other relevant transferable experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Teams.
- We prefer experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts with a proven track record of lean or six sigma project implementations.
- Experience with Wave track and in Material and Inventory Control-type systems such as Kanban, SMI, Continuous Flow Manufacturing.
- Managing a product line.

- You must have a university degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $57,200 - $108,800 per year.

This is an onsite role in our Andover, MA facility.
