- Enforces safety protocols, providing ongoing training, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising all shop activity.
- Maintains facilities and equipment; oversees repairs, inventory, purchasing, waste management, and budget operations.
- Supports green theatre initiatives.
- Provides hands-on production support, instructional assistance, and student mentorship.
- Contributes to load-ins and strikes, coordinates ancillary fabrication projects, and collaborates with the Technical Director, Design and Technology faculty and staff, and CFA partners.
- Provides technical support for THD facilities, maintaining shop policies and safety documentation, and contributing to program development, outreach, and interdisciplinary collaborations.
