About the role
Nightwing is seeking a scanning technician to support the digitization effort within the Intelligence Community in the Warrenton, VA area. The primary responsibility is to support the conversion of paper documents to images, perform quality control on images, and index various fields from the scanned documents.
Responsibilities
- Support the digitization effort by converting paper documents to images
- Perform quality control on images
- Index various fields pulled from the scanned documents
- Maintain data entry production
- Prepare work to be processed
- Input data in a classified environment
- Work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Adapt to changing work requirements and priorities
Requirements
- Self-motivated and independent worker
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work 8 hours a day and cover time to 4:30pm
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with scanning and data entry in a classified environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be able to pass a background check and security clearance
