About the Role

Responsible for supporting an exceptional member shopping experience by ensuring execution on all promotional programs including signs downloads and sign execution throughout the club.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the club meets GOLD standards: Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean.
• Work as a team to deliver a grand-opening look daily, with all items stocked and promotional plans executed.
• Maintain visible, accurate signage and a clean, organized club inside and out.
• Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for your department.
• Ensure the club executes the correct signage proposition in each aisle/department.
• Prepare and print daily price downloads, including clothing and perishables, ensuring accuracy before club opening.
• Print the hot list for 800/820/840 and Burris loads daily, along with signs for new and out-of-stock articles.
• Place hot lists and signs in the designated area inside the receiving office for overnight execution.
• Print pallet tag signs for upcoming loads and place them in the designated area.
• Annotate and validate the first count on pallet tags during cycle inventory.
• Work the electronics report daily, replacing missing pull cards and stocking demo carts.
• Ensure demo carts are stocked/reset and tasks are closed out in MyWork.
• Execute the out-of-code program and weekly drop list (SF).
• Review out-of-codes (SF) daily to ensure compliance.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.

Requirements

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Frequently requires bending, climbing, crawling, pulling, reaching, stooping, and climbing ladders/step stools.
• Frequently requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds; may require lifting and moving heavy/awkward objects over 30 pounds with assistance.
• Requires using a pallet jack to pull and push pallets.
• Exposure to both indoor and outdoor temperatures, including occasional extreme temperatures in freezers and coolers.
• Frequent exposure to hazardous materials.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.40 per hour. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
