Scan Coordinator Full Time

About the Role

Responsible for supporting an exceptional member shopping experience by ensuring execution on all promotional programs including signs downloads and sign execution throughout the club.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club is executing the correct signage proposition in each aisle/department, follow sign presentation guidelines, and complete any missing signs before club opening.
• Prepare and print daily price downloads, including clothing and perishables, to ensure accurate price changes prior to club opening.
• Print the hot list for 800/820/840 and Burris loads daily, along with signs for new and out-of-stock articles, and place them in the designated receiving office area.
• Print pallet tag signs for upcoming 800/820/840 loads and place them in the designated area for overnight execution; annotate and validate first counts during cycle inventory.
• Work the electronics report daily, replace missing pull cards, and stock/reset demo carts while closing related tasks in MyWork.
• Execute the out-of-code program and weekly drop list (SF), ensuring daily compliance review.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Deliver service excellence through all member interactions, resolving and deescalating concerns while adhering to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate).
• Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team members, maintaining GOLD club standards (Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean).
• Understand and utilize production and financial performance reporting to connect execution with business impact.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals, embracing inclusion, diversity, and a positive attitude.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.

Requirements

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Frequently requires bending, climbing, crawling, pulling, reaching, stooping, and climbing ladders/step stools.
• Frequently requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds; may require lifting and moving heavy/awkward objects over 30 pounds with assistance.
• Requires using a pallet jack to pull and push pallets.
• Exposure to both indoor and outdoor temperatures, including occasional extreme temperatures in freezers and coolers.
• Frequent exposure to hazardous materials.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.40 per hour. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
