Scan Coordinator

About the role

As a Scan Coordinator at Sprouts Farmers Market, you’ll maintain overall price integrity in the store while working in a fast-paced environment that values attention to detail and a passion for inspiring healthier customer choices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, including updating shelf signs, tags, and promotional signs.
• Verify weekly ad price changes, promotional price accuracy, and pricing signage across all departments.
• Ensure compliance with company and governmental pricing regulations.
• Work quickly and accurately to support pricing integrity in the store.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to maintain reports, schedules, and billing/accounting processes.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with a positive attitude for customer, employee, and vendor interactions.
• Ability to work varied hours/days based on business needs.
• Capable of reading price tags, creating signs, and posting them accurately; good vision required.
• Physical ability to use a step ladder, staple, scan, and operate a computer for pricing updates.
• Ability to vertically/horizontally transfer boxes weighing up to 17 lbs. from 1” to 34” for up to 8 feet, for up to 1 hour.
• Walk up to 4 miles per 8-hour shift.
• Conduct repetitive crouching, kneeling, or squatting to access points 6 inches from the ground for up to 50 hours.
