Scan Coordinator

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, including changing shelf signs, tags, and promotional signs.
• Verify weekly ad price changes, promotional price accuracy, and pricing signage in all departments.
• Ensure compliance with all company and governmental regulations.
• Work quickly and accurately to support pricing integrity in the store.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months of related experience and/or training; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze total scanning programs, maintain reports and schedules, and understand billing and accounting principles.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Good vision to read and set signs, and physical ability to staple, scan, use a computer, and a step ladder.
• Physical capability to transfer boxes weighing up to 17 lbs., walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours, and conduct repetitive crouching/kneeling/squatting.
