Scale Operator - Seasonal

About the role

This role involves operating grain elevator equipment, weighing and grading inbound and outbound grain, and issuing scale tickets. You will provide excellent customer service, perform administrative tasks such as report generation and equipment checks, and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship
• Proficiency in English
• Basic computer skills
• Availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
• Perform tasks involving bending, climbing, and twisting

Preferred Skills

• Troubleshooting mechanical systems
• Experience in production settings

Pay

$25 per hour, with a $2000 sign-on bonus.
