About the role

The Scale House & Order Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and reorder items as needed
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of retail or warehouse experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
