Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter

Role Overview

The Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter designs, erects, and dismantles scaffolds, acting as a mentor and coach to team members. They work with tools, manage a small crew, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Leading scaffold construction activities
• Supervising team members
• Maintaining safety standards
• Understanding various scaffolding materials and load capacities
• Ensuring proper installation and safety at heights

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of scaffold E&D experience or equivalent
• Ability to work safely at heights
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Physical ability to lift 40+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Physical & Other Requirements

• Bending, crouching, reaching, lifting, and working indoors/outdoors as needed
• Ability to manage a crew safely and effectively
