Scaffold Builder - Colorado

Essential Responsibilities

• Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffold systems under the direction of a Scaffold Supervisor or competent person
• Perform daily scaffold work including lifting, carrying, assembling, and securing scaffold materials
• Absorb and assist with tying scaffolds to structures and ensuring stability and load compliance
• Inspect scaffold components prior to use to verify safe working condition
• Load, unload, and stage scaffold materials and equipment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members regarding work progress and safety concerns

Required Qualifications

• OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification required
• Fall Protection training required
• Minimum 1-3 years of scaffolding or related construction experience
• Ability to meet site-specific safety and access requirements
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and perform repetitive physical tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Scaffold User or Scaffold Erector training
• Experience with system scaffolds, rolling scaffolds, and cantilever or hanging scaffolds
• Industrial or commercial construction experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills
• Familiarity with engineered scaffold systems

Work Environment

• Works primarily on active commercial and industrial construction job sites
• Exposure to changing weather conditions, elevated work areas, and physically demanding environments
