Responsibilities

• Prepare large quantities of food using various cooking methods for meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables
• Season and cook all cuts of meats, fish, and poultry
• Boil, steam, or fry vegetables
• Prepare gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews
• Attend work and arrive on time for scheduled shifts with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned based on business necessities and client requirements

Requirements

• 3 or more years of related work experience
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable
