What You’ll Do
- Prepare large quantities, by various methods of cooking, meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables.
- Seasons and cooks all cuts of various meats, fish, and poultry.
- Boils, steams, or fries vegetables.
- Makes gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews.
- Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
- Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
