About the role

Broad Street Baptist Church seeks a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the Associate Pastor/Youth Minister. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for youth ministry and a commitment to the mission of the church.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the youth ministry program
• Collaborate with other staff members to implement the church’s vision
• Develop and facilitate youth group activities
• Support the spiritual growth of youth through discipleship and counseling
• Oversee the planning and execution of youth events and retreats

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience in youth ministry or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse congregation

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
