About the role

The position involves leading the spiritual growth and development of the congregation through various ministries including family, youth, and children’s programs. Responsibilities include planning and implementing worship services, managing the church’s music program, and overseeing the student ministry.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Experience in church leadership, music ministry, and youth ministry is preferred. A strong background in pastoral care and community engagement is also beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
