SBA Product Business Development Officer Sr.

This role supports revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes in a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Source SBA loan origination through client contact and analysis
• Review financial statements and supporting documents
• Structure SBA loan proposals and prepare credit packages
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 4 years' SBA lending experience
• Minimum 5 years of SBA/Business/Commercial lending experience
• Familiarity with commercial loan underwriting systems
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in PC and internet usage
