SBA Product Business Development Ofc Sr

For our client, we are seeking a SBA Product Business Development Ofc Sr to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will focus on originating SBA lending opportunities through direct client engagement, careful financial analysis, and thoughtful deal structuring. The position partners closely with internal credit and operations teams to prepare high-quality loan packages that support sound decision-making. It also requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and a customer-focused approach to building and maintaining business relationships. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Self-source SBA loan origination opportunities with a focus on client contact and analysis Review financial statements and supporting documents Structure SBA loan proposals and prepare credit packages Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent SBA lending experience Minimum of 5 years in SBA, business, or commercial lending Preferred degree in Business or Finance Experience in SBA loan origination Familiarity with commercial loan underwriting systems Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits Flexible work arrangement combining in-office and remote work Opportunity for team collaboration in the office for key events Supportive work environment fostering community and connection Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
